Once we know the budget, I want to hear your vision. Do you want a single family home or a condo? Do you want to be near work, the beach, a major highway, restaurants, or family? Do you want outdoor space, a quiet street, or a building with amenities?
Location changes the price, the routine, and the feeling of everyday life. Aventura offers waterfront living, beautiful sunset views, shopping, dining, and easy access to nearby communities. Coral Gables offers beautiful homes and a distinct neighborhood character. North Miami Beach is close to Aventura and is an area where I have helped many clients find homes and rentals.
Stay realistic and open minded
South Florida is highly desired, so it is important to balance the wish list with a realistic budget. You may decide that a smaller home in the right location is better than a larger home farther from the things you enjoy. The right choice depends on your priorities.
