Location shapes the experience
A home can look perfect online and still not feel right in person. Bedrooms, views, and finishes matter, but a home also needs to be comfortable and functional for the people who live there.
For me, location is always one of the first things to consider. It affects price, commute, lifestyle, and how you feel when you come home. A beautiful property in the wrong location may not work for your everyday life.
Look at how the space works
Functionality matters as much as size. A large family may need enough bathrooms, storage, and shared living space, not just a high bedroom count. A good kitchen can make a home feel more inviting. The layout should support how you cook, relax, work, host, and spend time with family.
When I tour a property, I often look at the kitchen, layout, and ambience first. Those details tell you a lot about how the home will feel day to day.
Luxury is personal
Luxury is not only about a high price. It can mean the right space, quality materials, amenities you will use, a beautiful location, and a home that feels comfortable. A condo with amenities may be ideal for one person. A single family home with privacy and outdoor space may be right for another.
The goal is not to find the most expensive home. It is to find the home that gives you the right combination of comfort, location, and functionality.
